Evan has been a fisherman for over 20 years and now sells his fresh catch directly to the restaurant. His boat and processing plant is located down the coast in Pubnico, N.S. The fish’n’chips served here are a lightly battered haddock and are served with crispy fries and and an in-house tartar sauce.
